Commitment and Expectations

We value the time and effort our board members invest, and we ask all directors to demonstrate a strong commitment to their role. This includes:

• Attending at least 50% of board meetings: Dates and times for meetings are approved in advance by the board to allow for proper planning. It is essential to honor these commitments to ensure the board operates effectively and collaboratively.
• Emergency Accommodations: We understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, exceptions may be made, and alternative arrangements like Zoom participation can be provided on a case-by-case basis.
